What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure you do select the products that you want and double check before submitting your order.
If there are any issues to your order, you are not pleased with the items received, or if there is any missing items, please contact me so I can help out in any way that I can.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes.
Once you do submit your order the sale is final. Unfortunately due to each order being specific to what the buyer has requested I cannot allow returns.
When will I get my order?
As soon as you place your order and I receive the confirmation and shipping label, I start working on printing, packaging and shipping your order. It may take 3 to 8 business days once your order is shipped.
Can I make changes to my order information?
If any changes need to be made with your order information, please contact me. If I have not yet shipped your order I will make the changes immediately.
I think my package might be lost
If it has been more than 4-6 weeks since your shipping confirmation email was sent, there is a chance your package might be lost. In this case, please email me and I will try my best to fix the situation.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
