When buying this artwork, the client agrees to the terms and conditions in full. Please read them carefully. When a purchase is made it implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

The client has to make all payments upfront or through Afterpay before the artwork is shipped out. Once the first payment is made the client understands that it is still non-refundable and that the remaining payment must be made within 30 days. Once all payments are finalized, the client will be receiving the tracking number of the artwork. 

The artist retains the copyright of the artwork, meaning the client does not retain exclusive rights to the work and therefore does not have the right to sell copies of the artwork produced. The artist still reserves the right to reproduce the artwork, which includes the right to use an image of the artwork on the artist's website, social media and reproduce prints of the original painting.
